Job Description:

  • Accounts Operations:
  • Preparation of Delivery Order & Invoices
    Updating of DC registers, Petty Cash Management.
  • Preparation of MRV’s
    Payables & receivables accounts
  • Preparation of payment statements, collection, settlement and other A/C documentation
    Banking and other related A/Cs activities.
  • Strict confidentiality of all documentation of A/C and Lock & Key situation.
  • Receive and record invoices and arrange payment
    Prepare and send invoices to customers and check customers’ credit ratings
    Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
  • Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management Preparation and reconciliation of GRN
    Procurement, Supply & Logistics

Education Requirements:Associate Degree / Certification

Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 Years

TERMS FOR PLACEMENTS
  • ADITECH JOBS bears all of the costs related to candidate sourcing, reference checks, background checks, and advertising.
  • If the business rejectsa resource sourced byADITECH JOBS and wants to bring the same resource on-board within 6 months afterwards, it will be considered aADITECH JOBS candidate and Your Company the full fee applicable forthe resource.
  • ADITECH JOBS’s professional fee is guaranteed for a ninety(90) dayperiod, if the candidatevoluntarily resigns within that period.ADITECH JOBS provides 100% free replacement. ADITECH JOBS
BILLING AND PAYMENT
  • 50% of payment for direct hires will be made after 15 days of joining date, 50% will be made on 90th day anniversary.
  • All the contractors and freelancers will be billed on the last date of the month on hourrate.
