Job Description
Transcom Cares Coordinator / Corporate Events Assistant·    

  • Process the requests of Transcom employees for financial assistance:
(1) from interview of the requestor
(2) filing of documents
(3) internal approvals to
(4) release of funds to the concerned employee   

  • Provides support and coordination for the outreach programs and activities of Transcom Cares Foundation·      
  • Filing, Processing, Completion of any documentation in relation to the activities of the foundation·      
  • Responsible for administrative duties including organizing  files and documents, copying and shipping·     
  • Provide support for any client visit on site, training and workshop (request for utensils, preparation etc.)·      
  • Provide support for the events / programs of Branding team
