Job Description
  •  To carry out general administration tasks (preparing e-mails and letters, filing, correspondence etc.).
  •  To maintain confidentiality at all times and secure files and documents as appropriate.
  •  To perform special projects and/or other administrative functions to support the business as assigned or proactively performed.
  •  Will act as an assistant to the Site/Operations Director.
Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Promote TransVision objectives.
  •  Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the values of the organization.
  •  Implement and respect TranscomWW standard practices.
  •  Enjoy being flexible in a fast changing environment.
  •  The principle of service and support is one of your internalised values.
Skills Requirements:
  • Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Be able to compose reports and business correspondence.
  • Have advanced technical skills with MS Office (Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Have strong time-management and organizational skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks & assignments simultaneously.
  • Be able to use own initiative and work without supervision.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, follow through ability.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with other employees, managers and/or customers.
  • Be able to manage a heavy workload and work fast.
  • Must have pleasing personality.
  • Must be shift flexible
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
