Experience required - 2 to 4+yrs

Job Description:-

1. Time office management

- leave record updation & leave management

- daily presence & absenteeism report

- action on late coming and absenteeism

- leave encashment work

2. Housekeeping management of all the floor

3. Local purchase of material

4. Facility management

- availability of drinking water & drinking water equipment maintenance

- serving tea on time to employee & guests

     & other such activities

5. Hospitality management (arranging for pick up & stay in hotels or otherwise for guests or as directed / railway, air bookings / arrangement for travels etc.)

6. I. Card preparation and giving it to the employees and maintaining such required register updated.

7. Total bank work to open salary account of our employees till remittance of salary in the bank.
