Roles and Responsibilities

  • The candidate will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties for the office
  • End to end management of office facilities across.
  • People Management should effectively lead a team of admin/front office executives and admin personnel.
  • The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.
  • Database & Records Management creating and maintaining databases.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Maintain and Responsible for day to day factory operations
  • Implement 5S and OSHA.
  • Responsible for security, quality, and management of office premises.
  • To receive, store and distribute material, tools, equipment, and other supplies to sustain the business.
  • Handling all other miscellaneous works like procurement of Packaging & Raw Material.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of business activities
  • Supervises all business-related activities & ensuring its efficient and organized management.
    Experience in dealing with multiple vendors.
  • Excellent in communicating via phone, email, and presentation. Ability to articulate and effectively deliver the company pitch.
  • Driving continuous review and optimization of hiring processes to ensure that only the best applicants join our team.
  • Supporting the vast team in every way you can. Where teams arent following the process, identify the root cause and solve the issues.
  • Effectively uses Talent Management process and system to drive the performance team.
  • Recruiting and training personnel and allocating responsibilities and office space.
  • Should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time.

  • Quick learner and willing to learn new skills.
  • Effective communication skills along with interpersonal skills are a must and should have strong business management skills.
  • A team player with leadership skills Good communication skills.
  • Should have experience in customer relationship management.
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in business or administration management.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under stress.


KEY SKILLS:

  • Must have more than 3+ years of experience working in small/medium business organization.
  • 3+ yrs of Experience in Administrative position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate would need to be enthusiastic, a team player, and have a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, HRM Software, MS Office
