Job Description

Location: Big Elk Meadows / Long Mont / Estes Park / Boulder Colorado

Hours: flexible and negotiable, Monday-Friday


$15/hour during paid training

$35,000 annual salary once fully trained

Skills needed:

Administrative experience a MUST (phone skills; computer skills; organizational skills)

Insurance knowledge helpful, but not necessary

Negotiating skills (over the phone)

Proficient in Word/Excel/Google programs

Must possess a GREAT work ethic

Ability to work side-by-side with female manager in a HOME office

Job Description:

Supplement manager of a large roofing company is in need of an assistant to assist with insurance negotiations related to roofing and construction insurance claims. This assistant will manage and maintain the supplement manager’s daily calendar and deadlines. Paid training will take place at the supplement manager’s home office, but once the assistant is FULLY trained, there is an opportunity to work from his/her own home.


Must be willing to commute to Big Elk Meadows during paid training. Training will be conducted on a part-time basis of 4-5 hours per day (M-F), paid at a rate of $15/hour.
