Roles and Responsibilities


  • Selection Recruitment of Departmental Staff.
  • Joining Formalities.
  • Preparing Monthly Wages Sheet for Workmen.
  • Ensure to License under Contract Labor(R&A), Registration, Renewal.
  • Statutory Compliances and Legal.
  • Dealing with different Labor Law Functions relating to Construction Industry like Provident Fund, ESIC, Bonus, Workmen Compensation, Minimum Wages, Contract Labor Rules & Regulation.
  • Day to Day activities of office such as Daily Attendance, Office Pantry, Leave/Absentees Approval.
  • Preparing & Implementation of HR Policies.
