- To handle customer queries via Social Media, Web Chat & E-mail- To educate customers on client’s products & processes- Educate current potential customers with product & service information- Maintain accurate customer recordsRequired Candidate profile - Identify escalate priority issues to the Team Leader & Ops Team- Must be time flexible & able to work in a shift system including Public holidays & Weekends- Working on rotational shifts & 5 Days
- Educate customers on services & processes- Escalate any issues to the Team Leader- Achieve agreed KPIs & Objectives- Attend coaching sessions with Customer Service Manager- Adhere strictly to shift schedules- Fluent in written & spoken English
