Job Description
- Experience working in technical support process
-Good communication skills (verbal & Written)
-Extensive problem solving and troubleshooting skills
-Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment
OS: -Windows Server/Linux/Unix(Certification will be plus)
Database: - DB2/Oracle, should be very good at SQL queries
Networking and hardware troubleshooting
Knowledge of HL7/DICOM will be a Plus
Analyzing and understanding application/Eventviewer/Network logs
Experience troubleshooting medical domain application(RIS) will be a Plus
