Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

 ▪ Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calling and email. 
 ▪ Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
 ▪ Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, and Pain points etc.
 ▪ Use an appropriate pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account.
 ▪ Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape; uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities.
 ▪ Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
 ▪ Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory.
 ▪ Build, manage sales pipeline and close deals.
 ▪ Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
 ▪ Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
 ▪ Developing quotes and proposals
 ▪ Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
 ▪ Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
 ▪ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
 ▪ Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
 ▪ Adhering to quality standards
