The BOH Shift Leader role is to oversee all operators related to the store. The BOH supervisor must be competent and trained at all BOH positions. A BOH Supervisor is accountable for running BOH operations at times when the Manager is not in the restaurant. This role must exemplify Food Quality Excellence in timely manner as one of the guardians of our brand at BURGURIM.

Responsibilities: -

·Accountable of all BOH Operations

·Accountable for food quality delivered to guests

·Accountable for coaching and training of BOH employees

·Accountable for consistent execution of all BOH corporate tools

·Accountable for BOH KPI’s: Quality, SOS, Cleanliness

·Accountable for Food safety and related checks

·Supports Manager with BOH inventory and ordering

·Supports Manager with BOH Scheduling

·Support Manager in achieving financial objectives

·Support Equipment maintenance and care of BOH

·Keyholder able to both open and close store

·Ensure all breaks are given and local laws allowed

·Coordinate all shifts transitions

Requirements: -

·Must have 1-2years of Kitchen management experience in a full service.

·Must have 1-2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant

·Ability to understand & speak Spanish a plus

·Exceptional organization and leadership skills
