- To lead the creation of an effective sales pitch in the above areas for the company's niche capabilites.
- Build the detailed marketing and sales material in alignment to this plan (brochures , presentations, posters, proposal and pricing templates).
Required Candidate profile
To coordinate with R&D and plants for adherence to quality, cost and timeline.
To draft the SOP, get it review and formalize in the system.
Develop template for proposal / cost structure.
To build, mentor and develop CRAMS business development / sales and projects engagement team.
To ensure SMART goals assigned to team members and timely monitoring of individual performance.
