We are hiring for Business Development role for our Lighting Division. Requirement: Candidate having experience in government sales, corporate tie ups is mandatory. Prior experience into lighting division preferable. JOB RESPONSIBILITY a. Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function Must be done) Responsibility for business development planning both strategic and operational, customer and competitor analysis, and LEADING the regional sales and marketing teams to ensure implementation of business plans. to develop / upsell existing business, and identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Govt & CORPORATE sector AND PSUs Horizon scanning in the region to create exhaustive databank of all existing and prospective opportunities in the segment. CPWD/ PWD / NBCC/ MES/ DRDO as the major contributors To engage with Key Partner like Min of urban dev / defence and PWD ‘s of all the states and organize knowledge sessions like Gyan Yatras in each region To ensure Lead generation , generate opportunity and convert these opportunity into businesses in building and construction segment. To ensure that every member of each product groups adeaute support from the team Development of entire channel in the Corporate and the Govt segment to ensure maximum contractors can be connected To ensure that our products are referred to by Electrical consultants / contractors to all relevant utilities like PWD, CPWD, state housing boards, AWHO, Airport Authorities, builders, MESb. Secondary Responsibility(Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities To ensure along-with sales teams that the registrations of factories and products are there in relevant utilities like PWD, CPWD, state housing boards, AWHO, Airport Authorities, builders, MES and Electrical contractors/ consultants Working closely with the other vertical sales and marketing heads in the region to implement strategies and programs for product push in this segment. Working & strong leading the the teams of distributors and dealers of this segment in the region / zone Assimilate the data from the regional sales team and build a comprehensive database Run engagement campaigns along with the regional sales teams for key partner engagements.
