Job Description

Key Responsibility:

§Business Development activities:

ØNew client acquisition

ØActively involved in PR activities – Strengthening PR with existing and prospective clients

ØIdentify new business opportunities

ØManage and improve the entire Business development cycle

ØClient meetings (Face to face)

ØReview business and take corrective measures

Other Responsibilities:

§Team Management / Coordination:

ØShould manage and guide the team in all aspect of their day to day operations

ØShould maintain healthy and professional relationships with the team

§External co-ordination:

ØEnd to end coordination with Key customers

·Data Management & overall Administration:

ØMust handle all relevant data with respect to BD activity

ØMust track and report all reports pertaining to day to day activities

·Soft Skills:

ØThe role demands excellent communication & interpersonal skills

ØGood IT skills ( Must be conversant with Excel & M.S word )

ØActive & Proficient on Professional and social networking sites

ØConversant in handling Job Portals

ØStrong Networking abilities


Measurable Objectives: Volume and value targets – Client acquisitions & Business closures.

We represent a leading international brand Antal International Network a UK based headhunting firm, we specialize in middle and senior management recruitments in the Non IT domain.

We are a 4 year old company and a team of 4 now, as a part of our expansion plan we are looking for Business Development role.

Our office is in Bangalore 
Area: Jayanagar 7th Block
Office timings: 9.00 - 6.00 pm 
Weeks off: Sundays and 2 Saturdays
