PS : THIS WILL BE AN EST SHIFT (5:30 PM TO 02:30 AM).  Job Description: Business Development Executive (International Outbound, B2B) Hours: Monday Friday, up to 45 (some hours outside of this as required) Work hours: EST shift (5:30 pm to 02:30 am). It will be a fixed shift. Location: Pune, Amonara Chambers, Amonara Towers, Hadapsar Length: Permanent position, with three-month probation period Salary: UPTO INR 4,50,000 per annum plus other incentives (including superannuation) About the Company Digitalzone Business Consulting Pvt Ltd is the strong upcoming Market Global Integrated Marketing and Sales process outsourcing company that specializes in helping companies to build sales pipeline with qualified opportunities and reduce their sales cycle for their products/services portfolio. As part of our capability we also help create market visibility, build awareness and establish business relationships in new markets. Key Management Areas of Responsibility Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to client's existing customers or prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts. Lead Generation / Appointment Generation, Web Research, Inside Sales, up selling, Cold calling Contact Discovery from social networking sites, Primary/Secondary web research. Experience with International clients on webinar / White paper presentation. Using previous sales experience overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers. Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing product information and product pricing. Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products. Build and maintain an accurate customer/prospect database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and product information. Recommend improvements or changes to internal processes and data processing to meet or exceed sales goals, and to achieve the highest level of client customer satisfaction. Professional Competencies Bachelor degree preferred. At least 6 months of call center or Outbound telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred. Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential. Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be dependable, energetic and possess a strong desire to sell.
