Educational Qualification: Any Minimum Graduation / Diploma

Job Summary:The basic purpose of this role is to ensure the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy at the ground level.Job Details:1. To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote Direct Sales/ B2B Sales/ B2C Sales/ Corporate Sales.

2. Generate new leads from various sources.

3. Follow up on customer inquiry and leads generated.
Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance
Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis and thereby retain them.
Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.
Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads.
Number, value and income target achievement.


Qualities Required:

Pleasant Personality.Excellent Communication Skills (English).

Aggressive Sales Experience in the past.

Willingness to travel for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluating and understanding the client's requirements.
• Sourcing relevant profiles from portals, external sources and employee references.
• Screening out and scrutinizing the resumes.
• Identifying the suitable candidates quickly for client submission for the given requirement within stipulated time frame.
• Scheduling interviews of applicants based on client requirements.
• Maintaining good relations with Clients.
• Maintaining database and daily report of candidates screened, submitted and selected for immediate and future requirements.
• Keeping continuous follow-up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
