Supply Chain Digital Core Strategy team in the Capability Network SCO practice drives initiatives aimed at shaping S4HANA led supply chain transformations with deep expertise in the supply chain centric modules of S4HANA such as warehouse management, transportation management, logistics execution, sales and distribution, production planning & scheduling, Integrated business planning, material management and supplier performance management. We have added value to our clients by bringing in the value led transformation approach with a clearcut business case and tracking the value realization.
Various service offerings by the SC Digital Core Strategy teams are as follows
1. Value-led approach, Business Case and Value Realization tracking

2. Process Discovery with PVC (Prime Value Chain), Operations Navigator, Celonis and myConcerto led workshops
3. Supply chain centric SAP S/4HANA module expertise (eWM, TM, LE, SD, DDMRP), IBP, Ariba and MDG
The Core Capabilities of SC Digital Core Practice combines the supply chain functional deep expertise and S4HANA technical expertise to transform the supply chain functions.

Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • MBA / Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from Tier-1 College (Preferable) • Minimum of 5 years large scale SAP consulting experience and managing teams in a consulting environment or at high tech companies

Key Competencies and Skills: • Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Planning, Manufacturing & warehousing processes is a must • Experience within some of the SAP ECC and S4HANA functionalities: MM, SD, WM/EWM, TM PPDS, SD, LE • Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology • Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable • Hands on experience on Available to Promise, Global ATP, Demand Driven MRP and PPDS • Experience with inter- and intra-company processes: Make-To-Order and Engineer-To-Order • Expanding the SAP-SCM template to include roll-ins • Being responsible for SCM related customizing and developments • Accessing and approving change requests and solution proposals • Supporting the team in all aspects of SAP SCM template
