Job Description
  • Design full course curriculum to meet course goals.
  • Maintain, modify and improve existing course materials based on trainer, trainee and manager feedback.
  • Develop effective and targeted certification requirements and evaluation methods
  • Ensure quality of Presentations and Presentation Skills.
  • Escalating quality deficiencies to Training & Quality Manager.
  • Escalating when there are questions on course content.
  • Attending internal local meeting (staff or with other departments).
  • Keeping high level of own expertise, taking initiative to understand.
  • Gathering up-to-date information and integrating feedback into the best practices.
  • Handle escalations
  • Complete Needs Assessments with department heads in order to close identified knowledge gaps
  • Candidates with previous call center experience serving US clients is preferred, but not a direct pre-requisite
  • Education, Training and Skills
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Strong comprehension and listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong formal presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong ability to persuade others gaining acceptance of a product, service or idea
  • Strong ability to provide timely feedback and guidance to help others acquire specific knowledge/skill areas needed
  • Highly flexible and welcome change/improvements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Have worked in a BPO setting with at least 1 year experience as a Course Developer or Instructional Designer OR at least 2 years as a Trainer
  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office (or Google Apps - Doc, Sheets, Slides), Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, Articulate, Captivate
