Job Roles & Responsibilities:
to all customer Emails and chat/calls
the unsaid message in an email/chat and respond sensibly.
to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty.
intimate knowledge of the customers’ needs and empathy for the customer’s
situations in the best interest of both customer and company.
accurate information in a crisp and clear manner.
appropriate response in a timely manner and follow up accordingly
ownership and provide resolution in the shortest possible time.
with internal departments to offer the best possible resolution to the customer.
the process and identify improvements to enhance customer experience.
high level of discretion in handling highly sensitive user information and/or
user generated content.
·Analyze customer issues
and identify trends.
and present reports on a weekly basis (MIS - Excel).
spoken skills and reasonable typing skills (Night Shift).
to write/speak without any grammar errors
to US culture and consumer mindset.
in handling escalations for high profile customers
to address multiple issues in one email, without confusing the recipient.
· Result oriented with good analytical skills
and problem solving capabilities.
· Knowledge in MS Office.
·Any Graduation / Diploma
–2-4 Years Experience.
Speed: In excess of 35 words/min and accuracy 95%.
