Role objective:
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry. Should have good exp in Infra projects
Role Responsibilities:
Identify and target existing Infra and Construction sites in the region
Direct Project Sales with Large EPC's, Mid Level Contractors, Builder's etc in Infra and Construction for Moglix range of RM / MRO products
Will need to establish deep relationship with procurement team's at central / site level
Coordinate with Sourcing and gather market intelligence to share winning quotes
Coordination to ensure supply on time

Internal
With: Supply, Operations, Supply chain , Warehouse Teams Finance, Technology & HR
Purpose: Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders & Customer NPS. For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members
External
With: Customers/ Key Accounts
Purpose: Hunting & Farming
Qualification & Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Project Sales especially in Infra / Construction
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Hustling and leading from the front attitude
- Sales exp of Infra projects like EPC, Roads, Real Estate, Power, Oil & Gas etc. are required.
- B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institute
