Job Description
  • Managing the creation of the golden image and full deployment to the desktop using the SCCM 2012
  • Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM.
  • Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues.
  • Manage and administer SCCM client health including the process of getting clients healthy.
  • Identifies and prioritizes system requirements and enhancements, and communicates to executive management.
  • Plans and oversees the rollout of all changes.
  • Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problems.
  • Provide 3rd level support for IT desktop support.
  • Must be flexible with the working hour schedule as it requires a rotating shift
  • Any task related in maintaining the desktops and laptops environment across Asia Pacific region

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in EDSA / MANDALUYONG / PASIG.
  • 1 year experience required working in the same field (SCCM)
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
