Job Description
  • We are looking for a Financial Services Sales Strategy and Planning (SSP) Analyst covering EMEA wide Sales Regions and located in Wroclaw, Poland. The SSP Analysts is an individual contributor who is a critical business partner with the HPEFS Sales and Business Development Leadership. This role helps supports the sales management governance processes and acts as the eyes for regional Sales Leaders to help them understand and define sales strategies by bringing deep understanding of the GTM data and Sales processes including our partner’s coverage models. Through this analysis this role will offer key actionable insights. This role will report into the EMEA SSP Team Manager and will also work closely with the Central SSP team and sales operations. Key responsibilities include:

    Quota Setting and Sales Coverage Models

    • Supports and consults with assigned Sales Leadership to drive the allocation of budget via the quota setting & coverage processes to final rep assignments.

    Reporting, Analysis and Insights

    • Responds to ad hoc requests as well as proactive analysis to bring key actionable insights to the GTM leadership
    • Helps define and make sure standard reports meet stakeholder’s needs and partner with central Sales Ops reporting  
    • Acts as data stewards for the WW SSP owned customer data

    Sales Pipeline Management

    • Supports Assigned Sales Leadership on regular pipeline reviews including top opportunity reviews
    • Supports CRM led process and tools

    Forecasting

    • Collaboration with Sales Leadership to review accuracy and trending of forecasting for Finance

    Account Planning

    • Supports the territory and account planning processes

    Sales Tool Development

    • Participates in sales tool development as a SME and tester

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Seasoned business judgment, financial and business acumen; in depth business and industry knowledge
    • Financial data modeling skills 
    • Consulting skills
    • Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills 
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Advanced Excel, (knowledge of MS Power Query and BI tools is an advantage)
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with peers in multiple functions
    • Integrity, reliability, enthusiasm and energy to work to tight deadlines  
    • Works hard, with a positive attitude

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, preferably with a business or scientific major.  An advanced degree is a plus
    • 6+ years related experience in Leasing/ Financial Services is a must, with strong experience in financial analysis or planning
