Roles and Responsibilities 1. Develop and manage marketing & advertising plans for the target key customers.
2. Relationship management with key decision makers in the account. 3. Joint Business Planning with the key accounts.
4. Responsible for developing and managing existing and new relationships with our clients to generate revenues by selling and cross- selling company products and services.
5. The candidates should be confident and able to manage collaborative work with our customers and be a team player.
6. Responsible for client acquisition and managing overall client relationship.
7. Build and deepen relationships with existing Business Clients to achieve increase in share of revenues.
8. Attitude to service clients by providing them smooth and superior service delivery.
9. Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
10. Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes and revenue for the different segments of the company.
11. Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
12. To work on various social media and digital media platforms in order to generate online visibility for the company.
13. Working to develop an innovative social media strategy.
14. Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing services.
15. Drive business through listing of complete assortment, ensuring comprehensive product content, promotion planning and activations with the Ecommerce customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualifications University Degree in B.Com / BBA / BSc. / BE. MBA in Marketing or International Marketing is Preferred.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Fluency in English Language is essential.
4. Good Relationship Skills.
5. Interested in the issues related to Marketing & Advertising Services and generally socially conscious individual.
6. Prior internship experience in sales and marketing is a plus. Knowledge of Web Designing, Photoshop, SnagIt and Coral etc. will be added advantage.
7. Willing to work in a flexible work environment including "Work from Home" or Remote Office Locations whenever required considering the COVID pandemic situations.
