Job Description
This is a dual role to handle the scheduling and other needs of the Chairman, as well as the day-today needs of the ICM Hong Kong office. As Executive Assistant 
  • Manages the Chairman’s calendar 
  • Make travel arrangement for the Chairman 
  • Organize documents and file travel expense claims 
  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare agenda, meeting materials, minutes and correspondences in compliance with the laws As office manager: 
  • Manage Hong Kong office administration and Human resource matters 
  • Recruitment, training and orientation for new staff and interns 
  • Prepare and submit documents to HK immigration and Inland Revenue 
  • Manage communication regarding tenancy, utility and renovation 
  • Organize staff meetings and training
