Person will be responsible for Delivery Experience related activities e.g. - Digitization Initiatives viz. Digital Dashboard - Customer Meetings and Feedback on Delivery Experience Surveys - Managing Data - Support SPS Audit Should have following skills : - Well versed with SAP, PPT, Excel, Tableux, - Should be able to anslyse large data set and summarise - Good Communication Skills to be able to interact and communicate with Customers and other stakeholders within and outside organization
