Job Description: -

The FOH Expeditor Role is the most important position in FOH operations. This role is commonly filled by Manager or FOH Supervisor. An effective Expeditor will ensure that overall FOH operations runs smoothly and ensure the delivery of our products to our guests in a timely, accurate, friendly manner while maintaining quality. As Expeditor, you are one of the “Faces of BURGERIM”

Responsibilities: -

  • Accountable for food quality delivered to guests
  • Accountable for maintaining acceptable ticket wait time
  • Accountable for accuracy of order being delivered to guest
  • Coordinates deployment of FOH team
  • Handles and communicates all FOH need to BOH
  • Performs secondary cashier duties when needed
  • Ensures printers have ink and rolls for BOH & FOH
  • Coordinates the serving of dine-in, to-go, phone, and mobile orders
  • Often this role is also encompassing all FOH supervisor or Manager duties

Experience :- 1-2 years

Timings :-

Mon to Sat : 10:00AM - 9.00PM

Sun: 12PM - 6PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $7.50 to $10.00 /hour
