What You ll Do at Knorish

  • You would have complete ownership of the end-to-end process formulation and implementation of customer acquisition, activation, and driving strategies for retention (including diving deeper into the funnel), focusing on improving the north star metric.

  • Challenge the status quo in marketing and conversion and come up with No Cost growth strategies.

  • Lead and implement the wider marketing team, own KPIs and be responsible for achieving targets identifying new and creative ways to increase organic and paid customer acquisition; including inbound content marketing, digital marketing, Funnels, etc.

  • Actively track the performance of the existing channels and work on optimizing them through experimentation.

  • Closely working with the team to come up with techniques that build virality loops, and boost organic acquisition.

  • Lead the third party marketing tie-up efforts

  • Mentor younger team members on professional development and up-skilling

  • Work on a lean startup process.

What you will need to succeed in this

  • Proven experience in driving exponential growth for a SaaS/EdTech product

  • Must have experience working on different types of paid channels, including Digital Marketing, Affiliate marketing, etc.

  • Deep sensei-level knowledge of Ads, Targeting, retargeting, Cost optimizations, Funnels on commonly used Ad platforms

  • Should have a deep understanding of Inbound content marketing/ organic channels/ SEO and strategies

  • Ability to learn new platforms and technology in pursuit of implementing new growth strategies

  • Must have strong analytical and data skills

  • Innovative thinker, voracious learner, and a healthy sense of humor

  • Experience of 3 years plus in similar or other challenging environments prioritizing growth channels

  • Uses data to take decisions - Dashboards, Segmentation Analysis, etc are a way of thinking for them
