Job Description

Sourcing Associate

  • Responsible in sourcing & screening candidates for leadership and support roles
  • Will handle different sourcing channels including online to source candidates and close hiring requirements
  • Gather, encode and endorse applications on-time & daily basis
  • Will directly report to the Sourcing Supervisor
  • Create data and reports for different sourcing channels
  • Will conduct interviews (if necessary)
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • No experience Required but related experience will be an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in any of our sites (EDSA/PASIG/MANDALUYONG)
