Job Description
Sourcing Coordinator will be part of the Manila Sourcing Team and will report to a Sourcing Supervisor. S/he is expected to deliver the following:
  • Handles online sourcing for agent sourcing (Jobstreet, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Implement sourcing plans together with the Sourcing Team
  • Monitor performance and yield of programs including cost
  • Main metrics are: Fill Rate, Ageing and Cost per Hire

  • Must have at least (1) year experience in HR Sourcing or Employee Engagement in BPO environment
  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • Must be flexible on work schedule
