Ideal candidate should have;
- Track record of working 365 days, 24 x 7
- Carried out end to end recruitment without supervision
- Should be highly professional and result driven
- Extensive experience of conducting face to face interviews for Technician to C-Level Vacancies
- Should be the decision maker/influence in final decision
- Should have handled small team
- Commanding person who can control flow of work, candidates, staff and stakeholders
- Highly proficient and hands-on on Naukri
- Should have head- hunted
- Experience of extensive reporting to MD's directors
- Skilled at preparing MIS
- Multi tasker
- Very good coordinator
- Pro at facing challenging situations on daily basis and overcoming them with focus
- Very good memory, Intelligent, street smart, ability to think on feet
- 100% hiring track record with meeting deadlines consistently
- Excellent & refined written and spoken English
- Excellent MIS and Email etiquette
- Highly Proactive
- Ambitious and Workaholic
- Sales Back ground preferred
- First Class student in academics
