Job Description :

1. Monthly MIS reporting and variance analysis, ensuring the proper accounting in SAP as per IND AS

2. Monthly legal entity cash Flow preparation & analysis for management reporting

3. Independently handling the financial reporting for unlisted Indian subsidiaries

4. Preparation and analysis of related party reconciliations and inter-company eliminations of Group companies for quarterly reporting and consolidation

5. Preparation of Note for approvals and obtaining audit committee approvals for proposed related party transactions

6. Income tax computations for listed legal entity

7. Provide timely and logical conclusion to statutory audit queries by pro-actively engaging with cross-functional teams and finance heads of different units to facilitate in getting clean audit opinion

8. Coordinating and managing statutory audits and internal management audits of internal financial control over financial reporting (ICoFR)

9. Handling activities related to ESOP trust accounts

10. Annual report composing and related XBRL filings

11. Other statutory reporting and regulatory filings - Certificates to banks, RBI, stock exchanges, MCA

12. Providing analysis of accounting/financial data to tax team for income tax assessments

13. Support and back-up on other Controllership Team roles - Financial reporting and other allied tasks for the listed entities in the Group

Desired Profile

- 5-6 years- experience in Big 4 and/ or MNC - listed firms

- Experience in the Financial Statements Closing process

- Prior experience on SAP is a must

- Excellent Excel and general computer skills

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision
