JD:

Your Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and review order data as per company requirements

Handle purchase order reconciliation to quote, contract terms and program requirements

Adhere to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations

Maintain all published SLAs for order processing and fulfilment

Learn the business model and the different lines of business and order types

Work across multiple applications within the Order Management system

Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business require

 

 

You Need:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate strong social and interpersonal skills

Ability to work outside office hours as per business requirements

Ability to identify and resolve issues to effectively process orders

Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams

Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

 

You Preferably Have:

Software proficiency in Oracle, Excel and Outlook

Related industry experience (~1 yr) in Quote-to-Cash processes

Knowledge of SaaS business

Bachelor's Degree
