Job Description Position: HR Recruiter (Male Candidates) Experience required: 1-3.5 years (Immediate Joiner) Excellent oral and written Communication in English. Responsible for sourcing profiles as per requirement. Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes. Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews. Recruiting, Screening and short listing the candidates for the assigned positions. Posting Jobs and Good knowledge of handling all the job portals (Monster, Times jobs, Naukri) Head Hunting. Ensure proper induction of new joiners documentation and maintenance of personal file. Basic Knowledge in Telecom Domain (Add advantage) Reporting: Daily reporting and preparing weekly dash board. Prepare and maintain daily submission reports, analyse recruitment statistics and maintain weekly hot lists ensuring that individual targets of the recruiters are met on time. Good exposer in MS excel, Word, Power point ,Etc

Now, within 2 months we need more 200 fresher's as per the client demand.. here we hire only on Monday Wednesday n Friday so there's no work these are th opportunities u can have  n grow yourself.. all the best..
