Job description :
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, site maps, and prototypes
- Develop high and low fidelity prototypes and collect feedback from end users
- Create design solutions that scale for the future, but understands the technology constraints of now
- Prepare and present designs to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Master,, Engineers and others to bring a unique design-centric perspective to the table

Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements :
- Bachelors in computer related field such as Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems
- 5+ years of experience, ideally working with enterprise software with an accompanying portfolio is required for consideration.
- Strong thought leadership and UX design vision skills, including strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual design skills.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user experience, and content strategy
- Demonstrated ability to do UX/UI work and create solutions based on business strategy and needs
- A desire to make a major impact on product vision
- Fluent use of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles and process
- Outstanding communication, organizational, relationship-building, time management and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Hands-on experience in product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Proficient in design software and prototyping tools
- In-depth understanding of automotive industry trends and market conditions
