The Inside Sales Executive would be part of the B2C function. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & reporting. He/she is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Contact the consumers from the given database and promote the product.
  • Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch LearnCab product/service accordingly.
  • Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.


  • 2 to 4 years of experience background from consumer sales, selling educational products or any B2C inside sales exposure.
  • Strong knowledge about E-learning industry or willing to explore the Edutech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company products, competitors and its position in the industry.
  • Demonstrate ability to learn & adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
