Position overview

We are looking for a dynamic New York City based sales executive to build on our momentum and accelerate growth. The initial focus will be to expand adoption of Vericred’s health insurance and ancillary product benefit and rate API. If you are a consultative sales professional with experience selling enabling API solutions, please read on. 

You will create value by driving revenue and exceeding sales goals

  • Identify new opportunities through proactive prospecting efforts
  • Consult with prospects on use cases enabled by our API solutions
  • Build trust and satisfaction through an ethical and transparent sales process
  • Close sales with startups and well established insurtech companies alike

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years proven success in consultative business development role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in health insurance and employee benefits ecosystem as a carrier, broker, consultant or insurtech innovator
  • Passion for creating a new market category and the persistence required to do so
