1. Junior Executive / Executive – Accounts Services

          Experience     :       2 - 5 years

          Salary              :       5 L PA (Upper limit)

Role summary: The successful candidate will support the Alamy Images India Accounts Services team which processes transactions worth millions in multiple currencies (pounds/dollars) for customers and contributors across the globe. We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player to be part of this successful team. The team is also responsible for management reporting and analysis which entails attention to detail and accuracy. This job presents you with an opportunity to enhance your knowledge and experience while being part of a process-oriented

team.


 Responsibilities


  • Assisting in the financial data analysis by consolidating data from various source points.

  • Analyzing & reporting for the purpose of providing useful insight to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Identify and suggest suitable solutions based on the analyzed data to the concerned stakeholders.

  • Preparing summary presentations to support the management decision making process.

  • Providing meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial results.

Skills, knowledge and experience


Personal skills


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Highly organized with ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience


  • An bachelors/master’s degree with a good academic track record.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent from any recognized university.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the BPO industry handling financial processing and reporting.

  • Sound knowledge of Balance sheet including Ledger analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with financial and accounting systems.

  • Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to understand financial results for forecasting, variance analysis and preparing reports.

  • Advanced knowledge of working with MS office
