Required Candidate profile
Proven exp. Of 2-3 Yrs as a help desk tech. Ability to diagnose & resolve basic tech. issues. Knowledge of Com. H/W, Windows, DNS, DHCP, N/W protocols. Outlook, Skype, Teams etc.
