Job Description
Achieve and exceed growth oriented revenue goals and objectives Lead and manage the full sales cycle for HR Business process outsourced services for the region Participate in formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategeis for the region Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract documents Lead the RFI/PQ process for the region Communicate and interact with internal teams in creating solutions and contract closure Sales forecasting and Managing pipeline in sync with organisation expectations Proactively identify and communicate market trends issues and information on market expectations and competition Inititate maintain and grow strong ties with CXO'S of prospeactive companies and clients .
