Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
  • Develop & maintain Relation with OEMs & Manufacturer.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Should Maintain Large Enterprise accounts while Hunting for New accounts.
  • Should Manage Teams performance and Development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience Required: 10 + yrs (7-8+ yrs of experience from same industry)
  • Bachelor or Masters in Sales, Marketing or Bachelor in Engineering & Masters in Sales

Skills:

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communications skills, Including Presentation skills.
  • Strong Relationship Building, Customer Analyses and Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to work Collaboratively with all the Verticals across the all Geographical Locations.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Experience in selling Datacenter products like servers, storage, DCIM, connectivity, Infrastructure, Networking Solutions etc.

Personal Qualities and Behavior traits:

  • Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.
  • Good organizational and communication skills and excellent attention to details
  • Interact with individuals to provide needed information.

Performance Goals:

  • Able to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
  • Ensures timely response to client and internal peers.
