• Project Role Description : Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

• Key Responsibilities : To handle 24/7 Network Operations as per shift timings including week end support To take ready ownership of incidents assigned to the queue in Service NowTo perform Level 1 troubleshooting readily and update the tickets in timely mannerPass on the tickets / incident details to the next level of escalation within the SLADevelop and provide trend data and analysis on various reporting within the teamParticipate in client and service management reporting as required


• Technical Experience : \" Good knowledge and troubleshooting experience of MPLS, BGP, MP-BGP,OSPF,GRE and IP Sec tunnels, QoS,Nexus/Switching concepts Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet), VPN Technologies. Experience in troubleshooting issues on large enteprise networks. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes. Working knowledge of Service Now Exposure to various Network Management Tools (HP, Splunk etc).\"

• Educational Qualification : Bachelor''s Degree or higher in Science/Computer Science /Electronics or any other relevant field. CCNA/CCNP certification will be an advantage.
