The role covers: Preparing proposals accurately and regular follow-up with prospects and clients.Ensuring that internal systems are updated daily.Daily, weekly and monthly updates in the internal operations software are completed on time.Maintenance of HR and attendance records.Creating Letter / Communication Templates for automation.Supporting other Accounting team members.Typing out the various Financial Reports.Managing of CRM software.Preparing presentations for financial workshops and client proposals.Manage Office supply inventory to ensure smooth operation.Ensure that Office Utility Bill payments are done on timely basis. The role requires: Excellent written and spoken English.Excellent knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.Basic knowledge of Excel.Knowledge of Clickup and Pandadocs would be an advantage.Knowledge of social media for business campaign.Excellent organizational skill.
