Job Description
We are looking for a business professional who is responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks. You will be in charge of organizing the office and make things run smoothly. 

Sometimes you will be working by yourself on the administration and at other times you will be arranging meetings with other staff and clients, answering the phone, sending the invoices and at the same time able to keep on with the positive attitude even though we ran out of coffee and our CEO could really use a cup.

Education: MBO(+)
Language: English and Dutch (any other additional languages very welcome)
Good administrations skills (accuracy)
Great communication skills
Able to keep an overview and adapt
Responsible and professional individual who shows initiative

Financial administration in AFAS and archiving
Communication with company accountant and other employees
Answering telephone, make appointments, prepare meetings, receive guests
