Job Description
This administrative position primarily provides administrative support to the VP of Sales, but also is responsible for select Operations department duties. The job entails understanding of multiple company software systems, an understanding of the sales cycle regardless of the market and an understanding of Federal, Education and Local government markets. 

This is an ideal position for a self-starter that really wants to get in on the ground floor of a government contractor and learn the business from the ground up. You will be exposed to and gain valuable experience in everything from sales strategy required to sell to the government to elements of project management, contracts compliance, Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP & CRM, BI, Security Clearance, and other career building disciplines. PLEASE do not apply unless you have awesome MS Word & Excel skill and want to apply yourself to become expert.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform administrative activities that are in support of the sales or operations organizations including but not limited to, meeting minutes, sales or operational reporting, authoring procedures and training, order management, processing and status, contract management, marketing support, bid / RFP support, travel arrangements, expense reports, event coordination and various daily individual sales support requests
