Detailed Job Description
Pega  Lead Decision Architect (certified CPDC) with more than 10 years of strong exp in Pega along with 3-4 years in Decisioning and marketing skill sets for location UK 
Should be able to lead design, elaboration and implementation of strategies, analytical models (Adaptive analytics, Predictive Analytics, Visual Business Director – VBD)

Should have worked on Next Best Action (NBA) and Next Best Offer (NBO) strategies
Should have experience on the Offer Management Lifecycle

Should have experience on implementing Propensities, Scoring and Modeling (Customer Analytical Record – CAR)
Should have experience on analyzing, designing and implementing various functionalities such as Customer segmentation, Customer Interaction History, Customer Profiles, Customer Journey, Identification and Matching of customers

Should be capable of defining the Enterprise Class Structure/hierarchy/use case design and data models.

Minimum years of experience 10

Certifications Needed :Yes Pega CPDC
