Analysis of data.
Select/Identify new vendors, manufacturer and concepts for new products or product improvement.
Plan & coordinate all aspects of R & D proposals. Closely work with R&D & cross functional teams to ideate, adapt & develop new products from conceptualization, consumer research, creating launch plan and eventually the launch.
Competition Tracking, Updates and Analysis with Direct competitors with respect to product pricing, Packaging, new launch, catalogue and their strategies
Articulating brand and product positioning for different customer segments and implementing and executing the positioning proposition
To track brand health, understand major brand/category issues and determine timely market intervention
Evaluation of new product ideas, audit of findings, providing strategic inputs, negotiating formulation and attribute changes within the COGS parameters through the entire process of New Product Development.
Desired Candidate Profile : 10 -12 years of experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods/HOme Care/Personal Care
