Roles and Responsibilities

To manage end to end production to achieve the daily/monthly targets of the company through efficient, quality and cost effective production.

Ensure adherence to approved quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed specifications.

Planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labor requirements.

Should be able to take care of shop floor activities and Processes, Man- management.

Implementing manufacturing MIS systems to minimize variances as per plans and tracking the improvements.

To ensure cGMP compliance in all operations and on the job training of personnel including training on SOPs, etc.
