• He/she will coordinate projects and/or work streams within the action plan, and as needed lead or coordinate any other change initiatives.• He/she will gather and document business needs, identify viable solutions that address these business needs, and contribute to the design and implementation of systems, processes, reports and controls.• He/she will support software selection/procurement process.• He/she will work closely with business users, the IT department and, where requested, support interaction with designated external stakeholders.
Profile:• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar assignments in financial institutions, capital markets or banking area;• At least three years of hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft PowerBI);• Proven project management experience (with commonly used methodologies, e.g. Prince 2, PMP);• Proven experience in procurement/selection process in software solutions (e.g. off-the-shelf solutions);• Experience in Data Model definition and data reporting standards is an advantage;• Functional knowledge of Macroeconomics, Economic and Financial Analysis, Asset & Liability Management is an advantage;• Meeting and workshop facilitation experience;• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
