Project Manager- Healthcare/Medical Devices

The role of Project Manager (or called Operations manager) is critical to deliver our company objectives within the timelines prescribed by the senior management. The project manager shall be responsible for overseeing the progress of company plans and coordinating with local bodies for all necessary compliance requirements. Interface with Workplace Services, local Site management, local government agencies, development and maintenance etc.Assurance that site IVD development activities are compliant with internal Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management SystemsAssurance that site IVD development activities are compliant with all applicable industry regulations Oversight of certification, audit, calibration, and tool validation (HW and SW) activities on siteInforming management on risk assessment and safety issues associated with lab and site IVD operationsIncident reporting, communication, documentation and responseOversight of personnel trainingMinimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related fieldIVD and/or Medical Device industry experienceStrong project management skills - leadership in planning, executing, and maintenanceStrong communications skills and ability to influence Preferences: 2+ years Site Management experiencePassion to build a young IVD development organizationAbility to self-start and work through ambiguity in a dynamic environmentExperience with organizational change management and trainingRisk management experienceVendor search and procurement experience
