Key Responsibilities
Write winning responses for large, medium and small deals across relevant industry across geographies
Take end-to-end ownership of the proposal deliverables
Translate win themes into compelling story as part of the proposal writing
Contribute to Storyboarding, articulate differentiations as part of the proposal
Be able articulate and contextualize responses effectively by taking inputs from subject matter experts and Solution Architects
Prepare for Orals, client meetings, sales pursuits preparation and story building
Professional Experience
Strong experience in end-to-end presales/ proposal development across technologies
Managed multiple deals valued at $10 Mn and above
Exposure to at least two industries
Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/ Near-shore/Off-shore etc.)
Good understanding primarily of Application Outsourcing and/or System Integration concepts
Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models, pricing constructs
Technical Experience
Cross-technology experience desirable
Good understanding of SDLC, hands-on project experience preferred
Exposure to software technologies including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, etc. will be a plus.
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs preferred. Additionally Shipley Certification, Design Thinking and APMP will be preferred
